Description
Steltzner Vineyard is located at the base of Napa Valley’s Eastern slopes, tucked just below the Stag’s Leap Palisades. Planted in 1964, it is one of the original Stag’s Leap vineyards, prized for its exceptional union of soil, temperature, and geography. Renowned vineyard manager Jim Barbour tends to the 30 acres, maintaining seven separate blocks of Cabernet Sauvignon and less than an acre each of Sangiovese, Malbec and Petit Verdot. The Revana Stag’s Leap Cabernet is sourced from the oldest vines on property, which are rooted in the rockiest and most arid soils of the vineyard. Rich and distinctive, the Cabernet grapes harvested from these matured vines beautifully showcases the power and finesse that comes from the Stag’s Leap.
